John and Anne-Marie Kloppenburg have owned and operated Black Mountain Custom Meat Cutting for 20 years. The shop is located at the original Kloppenburg homestead in Black Mountain.

Black Mountain Custom Meat Cutting is dedicated to producing high quality product. John Kloppenburg has over 40 years meat cutting experience and is commited to making all sausage recipes in house. A smokehouse and two coolers are on site as well (one domestic, one game).
